Section 210.270 Kennel License.
For the purpose of this Article a “kennel” shall mean any enterprise where dogs are kept, sold, bred, boarded or trained. Any person operating a kennel shall be required to procure a kennel license which shall be issued upon application therefor and the payment of a fee of thirty dollars ($30.00).
