Section 210.400 Disposal.

A. At the end of seven (7) days, if an impounded animal has not been redeemed, the Animal Control Officer is at liberty to dispose of such animal in any one (1) of the following ways:

2. Releasing the animal to an approved adopter after they have prepaid for sterilization, vaccinations and adoption fees.

Section 210.420 Animal Sterilization.

It shall be unlawful for an animal adopted from the animal shelter to remain unsterilized after the date agreed upon in the adoption papers.
