Sec. 8-71. – Kennels prohibited in residential area.
No license for dog and cat kennels or catteries shall be issued, and the maintenance of any kennel or cattery or the owning, possession or harboring of dogs or cats for breeding or commercial purpose in any residential neighborhood is hereby declared to be a nuisance per se which may be abated in any court of competent jurisdiction.
