§ 2-24-010 Definitions.

As used in this Article, the following terms shall have the meanings indicated:

KENNEL

Any person, group of persons or corporation engaged in the commercial business of breeding, buying, selling or boarding dogs.

§ 2-24-070 Rabies control; licenses and tags.

A. The Dog Officer shall, in matters of rabies control, licenses and tags, carry out his duties in accordance with MGL C. 140.

B. Effective March 1st, a penalty charge of $25 will be added to the license fee. Sums collected pursuant to the provisions of this subsection shall be accounted for and paid over to the Town Treasurer.

C. Fees.

(1) The following fees are established for the issuing of dog licenses, to become effective in 2006:

(a) $15 for each spayed female and each neutered male.

(b) $20 for each unspayed female and each nonneutered male.

(c) $125 for a kennel license.
