Sec. 10-44. – Tax.

(a) The owner or keeper of any dog, four months of age or more, kept within the corporate limits of the city, shall annually pay a tax thereon as follows:

(1) For each male or clean-spayed female dog, the sum of …..$3.00

(2) For each female dog not clean-spayed, the sum of …..6.00

Sec. 10-72. – License tax.

All persons owning, keeping, or harboring cats in the city shall pay an annual license tax for cats as follows:

(1) Unneutered male cats …..$ 6.00

(2) Neutered male cats …..3.00

(3) Unspayed female cats …..6.00

(4) Spayed female cats …..3.00
