§ 90.07 STRAY FEMALE DOGS OR CATS TO BE SPAYED UPON ADOPTION.
No unspayed female dog or cat which has been impounded by reason of its being a stray shall be allowed to be adopted from the animal shelter unless the prospective owner shall agree to have such female spayed, and post a bond of the current fees and charges to guarantee spaying, which bond shall be forfeited if spaying is not accomplished within 30 days of adoption.
