§ 91.37 IMPOUNDMENT.
(C) An animal owner reclaiming an impounded dog/cat shall pay a fee of $5 for any neutered male dog/cat or a spayed dog/cat. A fee of $15 shall be charged for the redemption of an unspayed female dog/cat or a non-neutered male dog/cat for the first redemption of said dog/cat. A fee of $25 shall charged for each subsequent redemption of the same impounded dog/cat.
