§ 95.01 DEFINITIONS.

For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.

KENNEL. Any premises wherein any person engages in the business of boarding, breeding, buying, letting for hire, training for a fee or selling dogs or cats.

§ 95.65 COMMERCIAL BREEDING OF DOGS AND CATS RESTRICTED.

No person or persons shall keep or harbor at any one residence or business or other address within the town more than two female dogs or cats for the purpose of commercial breeding, provided that all such females are confined in such a manner that they cannot come into contact with a male except for planned breeding. The confinement shall be maintained at all times during the period of estrus.
