56.01 ANNUAL LICENSE REQUIRED.
Every owner of a dog six months shall procure a dog license from the City Clerk annually.
56.03 LICENSE FEES.
The annual license fee shall be $5.00 for each spayed and neutered dog. The annual license fee shall be $10.00 for any dog not spayed or neutered.
