Sec. 5-16. – Administrative sanctions and remedies.

Matters brought before the administrative hearing officer pursuant to ordinance violation citations shall be decided by the administrative hearing officer as in the case of other municipal ordinance violations. However, in addition to the authority to fine violators for ordinance violations, the administrative hearing officer shall also have the authority to issue the following administrative sanctions and remedies in appropriate cases:

(b) Only licensed kennels and pet shops may breed and offer animals for sale within the village. The breeding and/or sale of animals prohibited on residential property.
