6-4-16: ADOPTION PROGRAM:

C.   Conditions Of Adoption:

1.   In accordance with state law, the prospective buyer will agree to have the animal spayed or neutered and microchipped by a licensed veterinarian within fourteen (14) days from the adoption date, unless the animal is too young to be spayed or neutered at that time. If too young at that time, the animal will be spayed or neutered at no later than six (6) months of age. Forfeiture of all incurred fees and reclaiming of the adopted animal will occur if this agreement is not fulfilled.
