Sec. 14-36. – Required; exceptions.

(a) Any person owning, keeping, harboring, or having custody of any animal over three months of age must obtain a license from the city offices or the police department division.

Sec. 14-37. – Fee schedule.

(a) Upon a showing by any applicant for a license required under this article that he/she is prepared to comply with this chapter, a license shall be issued following payment of the applicable fee, as follows:

(1) For each neutered male or spayed female dog …..$ 0.00

(3) For each unneutered male or unspayed female dog …..0.00

(4) For each unneutered male or unspayed female cat …..0.00
