Sec. 10-111. – Place of business required; exception.

No person shall breed, raise, maintain or offer for sale goats, sheep, pigs, pigeons, chickens, ducks, horses, dogs, cats, geese or other small animals used as household pets or used for domestic purposes except from a duly licensed place of business. However, nothing in this section shall prevent any resident in the village from owning a cat or dog as a pet in accordance with the relevant licensing provisions of this Code.
