4-1-2. OWNING AND KEEPING CANINES IN THE CITY
A household may own or keep up to two (2) dogs as family pets per regulations in this chapter. Wolves and foxes are not permitted in the city. Family pet female dogs may not give birth to puppies at intervals of less than two (2) years. A resident of the city may operate a kennel per regulations herein.
