§ 90.22 LICENSES REQUIRED.

(A)       (1)   It shall be unlawful for any person to harbor a dog within the city limits not licensed as provided by this subchapter.

(B)       (1)   All licenses required under this subchapter shall be issued by the City Clerk/Treasurer. In addition to payment of all required fees, all applicants for dog licenses shall provide the following information to the City Clerk/Treasurer as a condition precedent to issuance of a license:

(e)   Whether the dog has been neutered;

(C)       (1)   The license fees for dogs per household shall be as follows:

(a)   First dog: $5 per year;

(b)   Second dog:   $15 per year;

(c)   Third dog: $20 per year;

(d)   Replacement tag: $2 per year; and

(e)   Unneutered dog: $35 per year.
