6-2-4: FEES FOR LICENSING, IMPOUNDING AND BOARDING:
All fees shall be as established in the master fee schedule.
All owners/harborers, prior to having license issued, must display to the licensing authority a current rabies vaccination.
To receive the spayed or neutered rate, a valid certification from a licensed veterinarian, showing the dog has been neutered or spayed, must be displayed to the licensing authority.
6-2-5: PROCEDURES:
B. Licenses; Application And Fees: All dog licenses shall be issued for the calendar year January 1 through December 31 of each and every year. The owner/harborer shall make application to the animal control officer, or the City clerk’s office, and pay a license fee as established in the master fee schedule, for each dog maintained within the City limits.

4. The owner/harborer shall when applying for a neutered/spayed reduction of cost for a license, must show to the animal control officer, or City Clerk’s office, a valid certification issued by a licensed veterinarian, that the animal being license, has been spayed or neutered. If a certification is not shown, the full license fee must be paid.
