4-3A-2: LICENSING REQUIREMENTS; FEES:
A. License Required; Fees:
1. It shall be unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to keep, own, or harbor, any dog, the age of six (6) months or older, within the city without having first paid for and obtained a license for such dog. Commencing March 1, 2000, the fees for dog licenses shall be as follows:
| Males (unneutered) | $20.00 per year unneutered |
| Males | $10.00 per year |
| Females | $20.00 per year |
| Spayed females | $10.00 per year |
4-3A-5: BREEDING PROHIBITED:
Breeding of any dog(s) within the city limits is strictly prohibited. Failure to abide by this no dog breeding prohibition will result in a fine of fifty dollars ($50.00) for the first offense, and a one hundred dollar ($100.00) fine for any subsequent offense.
