5-2A-2: DOG LICENSING PROVISIONS:
A. License Required: Any person owning, keeping, harboring or having custody of any dog over three (3) months of age within the corporate limits of the city must obtain a license as herein provided.
5-2A-11: FEE AND FINE SCHEDULE:
The city adopts the following fee and fine schedule:
