Sec. 4-3-41. – Reclamation of impounded animals.
(e) Should any animal impounded under this chapter not be reclaimed by the owner within the time prescribed in section 4-3-40, paragraph (b), a new owner may be found; provided, however, the new owner shall pay those fees required under this chapter and shall have the animal spayed or neutered upon taking possession.
