2.08.010 Licensing And Registration

D. Dog Licenses will be issued, and the Town Administrator of the Town of Rockvale will make the registration of dogs.

1. The fee for a dog license will be as follows:

1. Fifteen dollars ($15) for any un-spayed female with a rabies immunization expiration date within one year.
2. Ten dollars ($10) for any spayed female with a rabies immunization expiration date within one year.
3. Fifteen dollars ($15) for any un-neutered male dog with a rabies immunization expiration date within one year.
4. Ten dollars ($10) for any neutered male dog with a rabies immunization expiration date within one year.
5. Forty dollars ($40) for any un-spayed female dog with an immunization expiration date of three years.
6. Twenty five dollars ($25) for any spayed female dog with a rabies immunization expiration date of three years.
7. Forty dollars ($40) for any un-neutered male dog with a rabies immunization expiration date of three years.
8. Twenty five dollars ($25) for any neutered male dog with a rabies immunization expiration date of three years.

G. Any applicant requesting a discount for a spayed or neutered dog must provide the Town Clerk with a veterinarian’s verification of the dogs spaying or neutering.
