Sec. 5-30. Limitations on felines.
Except as provided in section 5-29 of this chapter, and subject to the limitations of section 5-28 of this chapter, no person or household shall own, keep or harbor more than four felines of more than six months of age, or engage in the commercial business of breeding, buying, selling, trading, training, or boarding felines within the city.
