6.04.030 – License application fee.

Applications to license and register dogs shall be submitted to the City Clerk. Applicants shall sign a form acknowledging that the dog to be licensed has been inoculated with an antirabies vaccine within the previous two (2) years. Applicants shall further submit the name and address of the dog owner together with the name, breed, color, and sex of the dog. Applicants shall pay to the City Clerk a license fee in the sum of ten dollars ($10.00) for neutered male or spayed female dogs and twenty dollars ($20.00) for dogs which have not been spayed or neutered. The fees provided for herein may be adjusted as necessary by resolution of the City Council. A copy of the fee schedule shall be available for inspection at the City Clerk’s office.
