§ 6.08.010 License—Fee.

A. Every person who owns, possesses, keeps, or harbors a dog of whatever sex over the age of four months within the city shall pay the city an annual license fee for each dog. The amounts of fee for neutered and unneutered dogs and exemptions therefrom, if any, shall be as specified by resolution adopted by the city council.

B. Senior citizens over sixty years of age may register their spayed or neutered dogs at a reduced fee, which shall be as specified by resolution adopted by the city council.
