§ 90.07 ADOPTION OF ANIMALS.
Any animal unwanted or unclaimed by the owner may be adopted by payment of the cost of impounding said animal and in accordance with § 90.37. All dogs and cats adopted from the animal containment will be required to be spayed or neutered before adoption.
