Vietnamese Spicy Red Sauce
1 tsp. sugar syrup
1/3 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. coconut juice
1 tsp. white vinegar
1 red chili, finely minced
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. julienned radish
• Thoroughly combine the sugar syrup, salt, coconut juice, white vinegar, chili, and sugar.
• Garnish with the radish.
