Very Veggie Lentil Soup

- 1 32-oz. carton vegetable stock
- 2 Tbsp. tomato paste
- 1 cup cooked lentils
- 1/2 head broccoli
- 1/2 cup frozen green beans
- 5 carrots, diced
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in large pot.
- Bring to a boil, then lower to medium-low heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
