Very Veggie Lentil Soup



  • 1 32-oz. carton  vegetable stock
  • 2 Tbsp. tomato paste
  • 1 cup cooked lentils
  • 1/2 head broccoli
  • 1/2 cup frozen green beans
  • 5 carrots, diced
  • salt and pepper to taste


  • Combine all ingredients in large pot.
  • Bring to a boil, then lower to medium-low heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
