Tofu Sour Cream



  • 1/2 lb. tofu, patted dry
  • 3 Tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp. maple syrup
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 1/2 tsp. salt, or to taste


  • Mix all the ingredients in a blender or food processor until smooth.
