1 1/2 cups tahini
1 cup water
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup minced garlic
1/4 cup minced ginger
• In a blender, mix all the ingredients together until smooth.
• Serve over steamed veggies or as a salad dressing.
