Spicy Texas Chili Fries

Ingredients

  • 1/2 bag frozen steak fries
  • 1/2 can vegan chili
  • 1 green onion (scallion)
  • dash of hot sauce 

Instructions

  • Follow the directions on the bag of fries (usually just 15–20 minutes in the oven).
  • Put the chili into a microwavable bowl, and zap it for 90 seconds (or until hot).
  • When the fries are done, just toss ’em onto a plate, pour the chili on top, and cap it off with some diced scallions and a dash of hot sauce.
  • Enjoy!
