- 2 cups flour
- 3 Tbsp. sugar
- 3 Tbsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. sea salt
- 2 cups vanilla soy milk
- 3 Tbsp. canola oil
- Vegan food coloring
- Combine the dry ingredients in a bowl and sift together. Add the soy milk and oil and mix until smooth.
- Separate the batter into as many bowls as you’d like for coloring and add food coloring to each bowl.
- Ladle the batter onto a hot pancake griddle. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes on each side, or until bubbles begin to form.
- Serve with your favorite syrup, and other toppings of your choice!
