Ingredients

  • 2 cups flour

  • 3 Tbsp. sugar

  • 3 Tbsp. baking powder

  • 1 tsp. sea salt

  • 2 cups vanilla soy milk

  • 3 Tbsp. canola oil

  • Vegan food coloring

Directions

  • Combine the dry ingredients in a bowl and sift together. Add the soy milk and oil and mix until smooth.
  • Separate the batter into as many bowls as you’d like for coloring and add food coloring to each bowl.
  • Ladle the batter onto a hot pancake griddle. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes on each side, or until bubbles begin to form.
  • Serve with your favorite syrup, and other toppings of your choice!
