Herbed Olive Spread

1 1/2 cups pitted Kalamata olives
3 Tbsp. capers
1/2 tsp. rosemary
1/2 tsp. oregano
4 Tbsp. olive oil

• Place all of the ingredients in a food processor and process until coarsely ground. Serve with crusty bread.

Makes 8 appetizer servings
