Easy Apple Cobbler

4 1/2 cups firm, tart apples, peeled, cored, and sliced
2 Tbsp. flour
1/3 cup white sugar
1/3 cup dried cranberries
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
2/3 cup oats
1 cup water
3 Tbsp. melted margarine
3/4 cup brown sugar

• In a mixing bowl, toss the apples in the flour and white sugar. Stir in the dried cranberries, cinnamon, and oats.
• Pour the water into a slow cooker and add the apple mixture. Pour the melted margarine over the apples and sprinkle with the brown sugar. Cover and cook on low for 4 to 6 hours, or until the apples are tender.

Makes 6 servings
