- 1/4-1/2 fresh jalapeño, sliced (depending on the desired spice level)
- 1 cup water
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 2/3 cup raw almonds
- 1 1/4 tsp. onion powder
- 1/4 cup nutritional yeast
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. turmeric
- 1 tsp. cayenne or crushed pepper (optional)
- Place all the ingredients except the cayenne/crushed pepper in a blender and blend until well combined.
- Garnish with the cayenne/crushed pepper and enjoy!
