1 1/2 cups soy milk or rice milk
3 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/4 cup cocoa powder
1/3 cup maple syrup
1/4 tsp. vanilla
• In a medium saucepan, whisk together the soy milk or rice milk, cornstarch, cocoa powder, and maple syrup.
• Cook over medium heat until thickened, stirring constantly.
• Stir in the vanilla and pour into 4 serving bowls.
• Chill before serving.
