‘No Bull’ ‘Beef’-a-Roni

2 cups uncooked elbow macaroni
1 garlic clove, finely chopped
1 small onion, chopped
1 tsp. vegetable oil
1 lb. ground beef substitute
2 cans condensed tomato soup
1 tomato soup can of water
2 tsp. sugar
Salt and pepper, to taste

• Cook the macaroni.
• Sauté the garlic and onion in large skillet and add “beef.” Mix soup, water, and sugar, add to the beef mixture, and stir in the macaroni. Heat until the sauce boils and thickens a bit. Add salt and pepper, to taste.
