Ingredients

  • 1 can chickpeas, drained

  • 3 Tbsp. tahini (sesame paste)

  • 3 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice

  • 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil

  • 1 Tbsp. olive oil

  • 2 garlic cloves, minced

  • 1/4 tsp. ground cumin

  • 1/8 tsp. salt, optional

Directions

  • Place all the ingredients into a blender (or do the ‘chunky’ version by mashing them with a potato masher or fork) and mix until smooth.
  • Top your snack with avocado, vegan meat or anything else that takes your fancy!
