Ingredients
2 cups flour
3 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. nutritional yeast flakes
1/3 cup vegan butter, softened
3/4 cup soy milk
Directions
- In a medium bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, salt, and nutritional yeast flakes. With a fork, blend in the vegan butter until crumbly. Add the soy milk and stir until well blended.
- Drop biscuit-size spoonfuls of the dough onto a lightly greased baking sheet.
- Bake at 450°F for 10 to 12 minutes or until golden brown.
