Bánh Mì DogsPrint
- 2 vegan sausages (we used Beyond Meat’s Beyond Sausages)
- 2 hot dog buns
- 2 tsp. vegan mayo
- 4 Tbsp. chopped veggies (carrots, cucumbers, peppers, etc.)
- Chopped cilantro, for garnish
- Cook the vegan sausages according to package directions.
- Spread 1 teaspoonful of the vegan mayo on each bun, then add a vegan sausage and garnish with half of the pickled veggies and some cilantro.
Tip: Normally, Bánh Mì sandwiches are served with pickled vegetables, but an easy and delicious hack would be to simply soak the chopped veggies in vegan sesame dressing (Try Annie’s!) for a nice kick.
