‘Win It’ Wednesday: PETA’s 2011 Calendar
2011 is fast approaching, and we all know what that means: a list of New Year’s resolutions and a new calendar. While pages of shirtless beefcakes have a certain appeal to some, we can all agree that PETA’s annual calendar—full of beautiful portraits of rescued animals and important animal-related anniversaries and victories—is inspiring, beautiful, and suitable for both the kitchen and the office. It’s also the prize for the three winners of this week’s “Win It” Wednesday contest.
Want one? Well, then, wow us with your New Year’s resolution to help animals. Maybe you’re going scrape cheese off your plate for good by going vegan. Maybe you’re going to start blogging about animal rights issues in your neighborhood. Perhaps you plan to follow the lead of lovely and determined Claudine Erlandson and start protesting outside your local KFC every week. The possibilities are endless, so we look forward to learning not just the “how’s” of your life-changing resolution but the “why’s” too.
The three people who most make us want to pop our champagne corks early will each win a calendar. The contest ends December 1, and the winners will be chosen on December 3. Be sure to read our privacy policy and terms and conditions, as you’re agreeing to both by commenting. No purchase necessary. Void where prohibited by law. Good luck!
