PETA Backs Birth Control Before Age 15

After the Obama administration dropped its objections, a judge approved the removal of age restrictions on Plan B One-Step contraception. So PETA is taking the opportunity to remind people about plan A one-step contraception for animals: spaying and neutering. Today, Washington Times readers will see this large full-color ad:

Kittens can get pregnant at just 4 months old, and puppies aren’t far behind—all the more reason to institute plan A as soon as possible.
