PETA’s walking, talking robo-chicken “Hennifer Coolidge” (named in honor of the vegan, award-winning actress Jennifer Coolidge and voiced to sound just like her, too!) will be at this year’s Grammy® Gift Lounge to share tender, juicy samples of the innovative new Just Meat Chicken crafted by Crossroads Kitchen, and will remind attendees that “wings are for flying, not frying.” Artists who take a stroll through the Gift Lounge will also take home PETA’s “Eat No Chicken” t-shirt, a “Grillin’ Without Killin’ Go Vegan” apron, and a one-month supply of Just Meat.

“Music industry icons will be singing the praises of Just Meat’s plant-powered chicken, which looks delicious and delivers big, craveable flavor—without harming a feather on anyone’s head,” says PETA Director of Animals in Film and Television Lauren Thomasson. “PETA encourages A-listers to use their powerful platforms this award season and beyond to spare chickens and make the world a kinder place for all animals.”
Just Meat Chicken—which blew away its meaty competition in a head-to-head consumer taste test—is the latest in-demand product from the award-winning food company Eat Just. The plant-powered pioneer’s Just Egg line has sold the equivalent of 500 million chicken eggs since launching in 2019.
PETA—whose motto reads, in part, that “animals are not ours to eat”—points out thatEvery Animal Is Someone and offers free Empathy Kits for people who need a lesson in kindness.
