The holidays are almost here, and that means you’re probably getting ready to impress all your meat-eating family members with delicious vegan dishes. Field Roast is here to help with the following two new varieties:
- Smokey Forager’s Roast With a Pineapple Mustard Glaze
- Celebration Roast With Traditional Bread Stuffing and Porcini Mushroom Gravy
The Smoky Forager’s Roast was inspired by Field Roast’s location in the Pacific Northwest. “[W]e wanted to make something with local, foraged ingredients,” the company explains. “What first came to mind were beautiful Chanterelle mushrooms, and we found wild huckleberries to best [complement] them.”
The Celebration Roast includes a bread stuffing made with fresh onions, celery, cranberries, and butternut squash, along with porcini mushroom gravy.
