Chinese Takeout—at Home!

Published by PETA Staff.

My absolute favorite grub has always been Chinese food. I love sesame tofu, vegan orange chicken, spicy Kung Pao faux chicken or tofu, and vegan fried rice—and don’t even get me started on my love for chow mein! Unfortunately, there aren’t a lot of good Chinese restaurants in my neighborhood, so when I get my Chinese food cravings, my culinary-challenged self has to get creative. Here are some of my favorite vegan options that are delicious and easy to make and that always curb my cravings for Chinese food.

No meal is complete without the one, the only—Sriracha.
