We were excited to report about the opening of all-vegetarian Amy’s Drive Thru restaurant, and now we’re through the roof to tell you all about the new breakfast goodies. As you may know, Amy’s brand plant-based products—including pre-made burritos, pot pies, pizza, soup, and many more—are stocked in most grocery stores.
When the Northern California company opened a drive-through restaurant, the enthusiasm was off the charts.
It’s no surprise. As people learn about the cruelty that cows endure in the name of a beef burger and the environmental destruction that the meat industry is causing, they’re turning to a compassionate vegan lifestyle.
Amy’s Drive Thru continues to change the face of fast food with new items such as organic breakfast burritos, breakfast sandwiches, cinnamon rolls, hash browns, and steel-cut oats—all available without leaving your car. It’s too exciting!
Plant-based drive-through restaurants appear to be on the rise, as Las Vegas recently opened its first vegan drive-through restaurant, VegeWay Burger. We’re crossing our fingers that the drive-through craze will expand all over the country! For now, we suggest feasting on all the delicious vegan Amy’s products at your local grocery store or packing your bags for a road trip to California or Las Vegas.
Pro tip: Be sure to order your Amy’s breakfast items with vegan cheese and sour cream.
