Celebrate Labor Day and bid summer adieu with these delicious—and adorable—mini-burgers! Even your most carnivorous friends won’t be able to pass up these teeny, tiny, grilled vegan burgers topped with fresh veggies and served on rolls.

All-American Vegan Sliders
1 pkg. Gardein Beefless Burgers, defrosted
2 Tbsp. cooking oil
8 rolls, sliced
2 small tomatoes, sliced
1 cup shredded carrots
1 cup shredded lettuce
1 tsp. freshly ground pepper
Vegan mayonnaise
Ketchup

  • Cut beefless burgers in half and mold into smaller patties.
  • Lightly coat each side of the burger patties with oil and grill.
  • Place the burgers on the rolls and add vegetables and condiments, as desired.
