The Art of Shaving Cruelty-Free

For some men, shaving is a mere necessity and part of their hygiene routine. With the right tools, though, shaving can be considered an art. Here are some cruelty-free products that will ensure your morning routine is foolproof by allowing you to achieve the closest shave possible, leave the perfect amount of stubble, or shape your beard to perfection—all while being kind to animals.

Razors

Shaving blades may not be tested on animals, but many brands, such as Gillette, are owned by companies—in this case, Proctor & Gamble—that test other popular products on animals. Plus, the soft moisturizing strip found on some razors is made with glycerin, a compound that’s often made from animal products. Try these blades instead:
