Have You Witnessed Abuse at SeaWorld? Let Us Know
Did you know that SeaWorld forcibly impregnates dolphins and whales? PETA successfully campaigned to end the abusement park’s sordid orca breeding program, but SeaWorld continues to sexually abuse other animals for profit. If you’ve seen SeaWorld abusing animals, let PETA know.
How Does SeaWorld Force Animals to Reproduce?
At SeaWorld, handlers stimulate male dolphins until they expose their penises, give them an erection, and ejaculate them by hand. To impregnate females, SeaWorld tears the dolphins out of the water, sometimes drugs them so they can’t fight back, and shoves tubes filled with semen into their uteruses. Some animals have been repeatedly impregnated, only to lose their babies.
In nature, belugas and bottlenose dolphins maintain dynamic relationships with large social networks, choose their own mates, and swim vast distances freely in the ocean. Everything about SeaWorld’s traumatizing breeding program practices goes against the natural mating habits of whales and dolphins. Can you imagine how confused and terrified the animals subjected to forcible insemination at SeaWorld must be?

If You See Abuse at SeaWorld, Let PETA Know
The dolphins and whales subjected to these invasive procedures can’t speak out about the terror and confusion they endure—but you can. If you work at or have worked at SeaWorld and have been instructed to do any of this, or if you’ve seen SeaWorld workers drag animals from the water, drug them, or force them to reproduce against their will—or if you have any credible information about abuse at these parks—please come forward. Use the form below to share details, footage, or stories about specific animals and help end SeaWorld’s breeding program.
