Video: ‘Stranger Things’ Star Brett Gelman Takes on SeaWorld’s Real-Life Horror in New PETA Campaign

“Welcome to SeaWorld, the place where we jerk off dolphins and call it conservation.” That’s the opening line of Stranger Things star Brett Gelman’s new PETA video, in which he plays a “SeaWorld trainer” giving new hires a behind-the-scenes look at the park’s real-life cruelty. Watch him hilariously spill SeaWorld’s dirty secrets:

During SeaWorld’s Halloween events in San Diego and Orlando, giant mobile messages featuring Gelman will circle the parks with a chilling reminder: The real horror is what happens to the animals trapped inside.

Dolphins are social, curious animals who travel vast distances, forage, and explore the ocean alongside their families. At abusement parks like SeaWorld, they spend their entire lives confined to concrete tanks.
