Check It Out: Chloe Coscarelli Shares Some Vegan Flavor With PETA

Published by Zachary Toliver.

Finally, the much-anticipated, latest cookbook by chef and general expert on vegan deliciousness Chloe Coscarelli—Chloe Flavor—is here! To celebrate, she stopped by PETA’s Bob Barker building for a book signing and a cupcake-making demo—but not before taking part in a Q&A session with actor and fellow vegan Harley Quinn Smith.

For over a decade, Chloe has been a powerhouse in the vegan revolution. The author of four cookbooks, she was the first vegan to win a Food Network cooking competition when she took first prize in Cupcake Wars, and her prowess has even landed her a spot on the Forbes 2017 “30 Under 30” list.
